Interaction-induced Delocalization of Quasiparticles Pairs in the Anderson Insulator

The effect of the electronic interactions on the transport properties of disordered systems is still an unsolved puzzle. In this talk I present one possible delocalization mechanism for the repulsive disordered Cooper problem. Above a certain threshold, the interaction strongly mixes noninteracting eigenstates resulting in the delocalization of the quasiparticles pairs. Both the interaction strength and the pair excitation energy at which the transition occurs are estimated and shown to agree with numerical results.
