Self-T-Dual Brane Cosmology and The Cosmological Constant

Olindo Corradini

Università di Bologna

Self-T-dual `string-inspired' actions have been used as the key ingredient to obtain the Pre-Big Bang scenario. We employ them in the context of brane cosmology, considering a codimension-one moving brane in a static 5D background obtained from a bulk Self-T-dual action. We also discuss some interesting self-tuning properties of a static brane solution.
