Leaving the Swampland: The Relevance of String Dynamics

Sera Cremonini

Brown University

We discuss the possible role of string dynamics in resolving the cosmological moduli problem. We consider corrections to the naive moduli space approximation, by focusing on quantum effects. We also examine moduli dynamics in M-theory, where membranes can play an important role, and discuss some cosmological implications.
