First we show that like the Eistein tensor could be constructed from the Bianchi derivative of the Riemann curvature, similarly its analogue for the Lovelock gravity can be constructed by the Bianchi derivative of a homogeneous polynomial in Riemann curvature. Second we establish the universality of the Schwarzschild interior solution describing uniform density fluid sphere for the Einstein-Lovelock gravity for all dimensions greater than and equal to four.
