Exploring High Frequency GWs with Magnons

In order to detect high frequency GWs, we need a new detection method. In this talk, we show that magnons, which are collective spin excitations, can be used to detect GWs around GHz range. Furthermore, we give upper limits on GHz GWs by utlilizing data of magnon experiments. We also discuss future prospect of improving the sensitivity of the magnon GW detector.
